Perfect lakefront cozy retreat for a family or two! Our home is located in the sought after Tara Woods location on the public side and is nestled under mature trees creating a campy feel for a perfect place to gather with family and friends. Our home offers a quiet and safe environment for all members of the family to enjoy and build memories.
The space
In addition to having exclusive access to the pristine waters of Lake Anna, this split level home offers four bedrooms and three bathrooms that can accommodate up to 8 adults and 7 children comfortably.
First floor has one bunk room that can accommodate six individuals along with one bathroom. It also has the combination of a living room/dining room/kitchen area that is great for gatherings, cooking meals and playing games which is perfect for family bonding. The kitchen is fully stocked with appliances and supplies ready to prepare meals and share family recipes. As you walk down to the first floor, don't be surprise at that view of the lake. This area offers wall to wall windows and glass doors for gazing at that amazing view. It is sooo relaxing!
The second floor has two master bedrooms with king beds overlooking the lake, two bathrooms and a third middle room that has bunk beds perfect for kids and/or another couple. It also has a dedicated washer and dryer space.
The outdoors offer a large patio with a pellet grill, gas grill and plenty of seating to enjoy outdoor dining or watching the kids run around in a large open controlled space while gazing at the lake. We also have two fire pits, with one close to the lake for a more isolated experience and roasting those s'mores. We also have a ton of outside games in the shed for the kids.
Guest access
The day of arrival, you will receive an access code to enter the property along with a link to the electronic copy of the Guest Guide that has all of the details for check-in/check-out and how to navigate around the property and location.
You will have full access to the property, with the exception of a few locked owners closets/areas. This includes access to our private dock that can fit up to a 26 ft size wake boat or pontoon and an area to dock jetskis (this does not include the covered boat slip). We also provide kayaks and stand up paddle boards along with life jackets for kids and adults.
Other things to note
*IMPORTANT*
Within 48 hours after requesting to book, you may be asked to complete a guest verification process through third-party provider Truvi. This is being done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process. You will also be given the choice between a $500 security deposit or a $35 non-refundable damage waiver. If you are asked to participate in the verification process and prefer not to, then the booking will be cancelled immediately.
Also, a rental agreement will be provided, and guests must sign it prior to receiving the access instructions. This is a requirement of our HOA bylaws. If you prefer not to sign the rental agreement, then the booking will be cancelled immediately.
