Quiet and private setting on a dead end street in Fayette County. Great views of the Kentucky river. This house is 1 miles from I-75 & 15 minutes to downtown Lexington. Enjoy dinner < 1 mile away at Proud Mary BBQ (seasonally open) w/ Live music or Jean Farris Winery right down the road. There is a fire pit in the back yard. No stairs to the river ans there is no dock for use on the river. The backyard is very beachy with lots of sand. Also, there are friendly neighborhood dogs that roam the area. We have never had any issues with them. I’ve had some feedback about the yard and the basement, so to be transparent please note the basement ia not part of the livinf space. The yard is not manicured, it floods, it is very sandy and somewhat unlevel. Also, the stpes down to the river have been washed away, there is not a designated path to the river.
