Hello, this house is situated in Leakey, Texas. New first time rental July, 2021. It's one of the newest and most accessible homes you will find. Close to everything but sits on it's own 1.5 acres Oak Treed Lot. It is a 3 bedroom and 2.5 bath home with porches out front and back. The views are calming with plenty of room for parking and the kids to run around and wear off some steam. You will find relaxation if you want it and convenience to town and the river, Garner State Park, etc. if you need it. Just remodeled and never rented before, be the first to sleep in and stay at this comfortable home. Full kitchen and washer and dryer provided. bdrm 1, King bed, bdrm 2, Queen bed, bdrm 3, two Queen beds. All beds and linens are brand new. Each bedroom and the family room have a DishNetwork flatscreen tv. No internet yet, and may add a pool next year. Sorry no pets. I do require a copy of your drivers license. Thanks for looking.
