If you’re looking to slip your toes into the warm sand of a pristine beach then welcome to a place where you can spend the day with friends and family in the brightsunshine. Amenities include: A marina which canaccommodate watercraftup to30 ft and is just 3 miles from ocean access via the inlet,Tennis, game room, library, HeatedOlympicsizepool, BBQ grill, Wi-Fi, central air,TV, X-Box, all linen, towels, beach towels, a beach bag, beach chairs, more then enough kitchen appliances to cook a nice meal, keurig coffee maker (bring your flavor of k-cups) some supplied, extra blankets and full washer and dryer. Also some Soap, shampoo, conditioner, blow dryer, laundry detergent, paper towels all supplied. House is professionally cleaned by a company. June 2021 we replaced the flooring to vinyl wood planks, replaced both tiolets for a higher seat and replaced the couch to a leather futon with charging ports. Always trying to make the rental more enjoyable and comfortable for the renter and there family.
