With 4 full size bedrooms, no one feels left out. Two king size beds, two queen size beds, all with new mattresses. In fact, everything here is new in this 2017 custom home in Davis Shores, including the built-in pool, patio and hot tub!
This house offers family’s amazing space and amenities to enjoy Saint Augustine. The large bedrooms allow everyone to have their own space with privacy, and while being spacious enough for the entire family to enjoy themselves. The new pool and Masters Hot Tub will mean total success in keeping everyone happy and cool during your visit to Saint Augustine.
Master suite upstairs has large private bath with full size shower and two sinks. Two other huge 2nd floor bedrooms plus an additional hallway guest bathroom, complete with a tub, a shower & two sinks. One bedroom is on the first floor, perfect for those who choose not to climb a flight of stairs. Right next door is a full bathroom with a large custom shower.
Hard wood floors throughout, Quartz counter tops, Bosch Stainless appliances, service for 8, dining room table, and a full size living room with a fireplace, and huge flat screen smart tv. Outside you’ll love our custom designed outdoor travertine patio surrounding the not-to-be-missed in-ground pool, complete with a new Polywood table, swivel chairs, lounge chairs, and Adirondack chairs. Saint Augustine beach, is known to be one of the most beautiful beaches in the northeast of Florida. It’s an expansive white powder beach! You’ll find fisherman, bikers, walkers, surfers, kite boarders, shell gatherers, and of course sun bathers! Further south, 4 wheel drive vehicles are allowed on the beach. St. Augustine city center, less than a half mile of the house, is the most ancient, gorgeous city in Florida...and America for that matter! It hosts restaurants, stunning historic churches, some of the finest art galleries and a myriad of chic boutique shops. The first Friday of every month features an Art Walk, where some galleries even serve refreshments and stay open in the evening. As you walk cobble stone streets you have opportunity to explore history all around you, often hearing church bells. You can sight see through horse and buggy or trolley tours, or just shop til you drop! You will want to return year after year!
