Summary: Overall, my stay was just okay. The staff were very friendly and helpful whenever we needed them, which I truly appreciated. However, I didn’t receive the room I originally booked, and that was disappointing—especially since this trip was for my birthday weekend. The room I was given was extremely small, and the bathroom had no counter space for basic necessities. The faucet leaked whenever the cold water was on, so we had to keep a towel on the counter the entire time just to catch the water. The thermostat was also unreliable, which made the first night uncomfortably warm. I’m not someone who complains often, but I genuinely expected more for the price and the occasion. The best part of the stay was the bed—it was incredibly comfortable. Unfortunately, this will likely be my first and last stay here. I’ll be sticking with Embassy Suites from now on. 👍
