The Grateful Moments Retreat is a cozy cabin that is located on the 3rd hole of the Stony Lick Golf Course at the Woods Resort, located near Berkeley Springs, WV. Only 90 minutes from the Washington/Baltimore Area, the cabin has an 8 person hot tub, 2 person Jacuzzi tub, a wood-burning fireplace, 50” flat-screen T.V. with Netflix, Amazon Prime and Hulu available for your use.
Grateful Moments Retreat is a new listing but has been a vacation rental in the Woods Resort area for over 12 years. The property has recently been sold to Tracy & his wife Natalia, our wonderful maintenance man and housekeeper for the past 5 years. They have taken excellent care of the property while Berman owned it. The great room in the Grateful Moments Retreat is furnished with an oversized sofa that beckons you to settle down and enjoy the warmth from the large wood-burning fireplace. Unwind as you observe the picturesque scenery from the open deck overlooking the 3rd hole of the Executive Stony Lick Golf Course. Our open deck features spectacular views of the woods & golf course which you can enjoy while relaxing in the 8 person hot tub. The deck is also equipped with patio furniture and a propane grill to enjoy your summer meals while heckling the golfers.
The Grateful Moments Retreat has some stunning views that can be seen from all aspects of the cozy cabin. Our Sunroom/Den has wall to wall windows that capture the Sleepy Mountains of West Virginia. The Sunroom features a large flat panel T.V. with Netflix, Hulu and Amazon Prime as well as a DVD to enjoy on those lazy rainy days. The cabin's kitchen has been newly updated with appliances and cabinets. You also have a Dishwasher, Microwave, and Breakfast Bar Seating. The dining room will seat four at the table. Additional amenities include a stackable washer & dryer.
