A gorgeous contemporary modern mountain home with exquisite finishes. You will love the blend of natural stone, glass, and metal throughout. Special touches include two master bedroom suites with en-suite bathrooms, a game room with a pool table, waterfall into a large pond stocked with beautiful fish (sorry no fishing) and an outdoor hot tub.
This home is two levels with fireplaces and entertainment areas on each level. Each level has a patio/deck that takes advantage of the mountain views which are simply breathtaking. Its great location is 5 minutes away from downtown Durango and convenient for anyone working at the hospital. The Durango airport is 10 minutes away.
If you need more space - There is an optional apartment (additional fee) above the garage that has two queen beds, a small refrigerator, coffee pot, and TV. Perfect for teens that want their own space. Please Note: there is a small spiral staircase going up to the bedroom and the bathroom is on the ground floor next to the staircase.

We are implementing a strict "one strike" policy for any guest that are found having any unauthorized gatherings, pets or guest with them in the home. Failure to disclose any of the stated above will result in immediate termination of stay with no refund being issued for unused nights.

Cancellation Policy:
If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes that are made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival will receive a 100% refund minus a $250 cancellation fee. Between (29) days and fifteen (15) days before arrival, guest will be refunded 50% of the reservation amount. (14) days or less to arrival, no refunds given.
For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date to receive a 100% refund minus a $250 cancellation fee Cancellations made between thirty-one (31) days in advance of your arrival and (59) days will receive a 50% refund.
Trip insurance is available for purchase and is STRONGLY RECOMMENDED.
