Completely renovated in 2020, Hope’s House is a single story, 3-bedroom, 2-bath home with bright spacious rooms, new furnishings, updated kitchen and large yard.
The house sleeps up to eight guests among the three bedrooms and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room.
The kitchen features new stainless-steel appliances (including gas range), Keurig coffee and tea bar, and plenty of room to prepare meals.
The master bedroom is extra-large, offering ample space to spread out. It features a king-size bed, desk/work area, and 45” smart TV with HULU streaming. The connected master bathroom has a walk-in shower and double sink vanity.
The second bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed, dresser and bedside tables.
The third bedroom is great for kids with two twin beds and large closet.
The second bathroom features a tub/shower combination.
The back yard has a large concrete patio, gas grill, picnic table and outdoor chairs. Nearby under LED accent lights, you can relax around the wood-burning firepit (firewood provided). Kids will enjoy playing on the back grass while looking for pecans from the mature pecan trees.
A full-sized washer and gas dryer are available to guests. Laundry soap is provided.
The long driveway offers off-street parking for three or more vehicles with easy access to the front and back doors.
There are no stairs inside the house, just two steps up to the front door and one small step out the back door.
