Summary: Traveling as a family of 5 is never an easy task, but this hotel made it a breeze. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was great and clean, the kitchenette area was WAY nicer and bigger than we thought. Our kids loved the pool. This is our new go-to hotel when visiting Columbus Zoo and COSI!
