Sleeps 10-13 (ten in beds, three or more on couches/air mattresses; $15/person/day for each guest more than 6). Air-conditioned, 1960’s retro single-family home, with on-site off-street parking. Access to hiking and biking trails in the New River Gorge National Park is, literally, in the back yard. A large garage is available to store your biking and paddling gear when you’re not using it, or extra space for grilling or out of the weather on rainy days. We provide both a gas grill and a charcoal grill, along with the necessary supplies to use them.
The town park is a block away, with a paved fitness trail, softball/baseball fields, batting cage (bring your own equipment), basketball court, skate park, dog park, playgrounds, picnic areas and an enclosed splash pad for beating the heat. A “pump track” is currently under construction.
Relax on the back porch with your morning coffee, and watch the kids run around in the large, grassy back yard. Pets are welcome (see additional fees), and both the Town of Fayetteville and the National Park have leash laws.
