Summary: My unit was clean, but sparse. Having a small refrigerator was useful. The extra 200$ deposit in addition to $50 cleaning fee was unexpected and in the context of the following felt unfair: Upon arrival the entryway/common space/kitchen was full of dirty dishes in the sink and all trash cans (for paper, bottles and regular trash) were full to the brim. The kitchen sink was unuseable throughout my the whole of my several day stay d/t being full. My lodgings (bedroom and separate bath) were on the third floor and the bedroom and bathroom adjacent were left opened and in disarray for days. A fellow occupant's bathroom code to unlock the bathroom didn't work and he wasn't able to get a reply from the unit managers so I offered for him to share mine.
