Summary: The staff was great however the over all experience was not. The first room we got in to had mildew in the bathroom, and all the toiletries were empty. The front desk then informed us they were out of everything but shampoo. Then we were locked out of the room because the electronic lock quit working. Afer we got into a second room it too had mildew in the shower and the fixtures were dusty. Additionally the pool is out of service and that is not indicated on the website at all. Lastly we went down to breakfast at 7am and it was mostly empty but what was left had flies. STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE.
