Enjoy your own private home right on the Gulf. There are two buildings on the property. The Main House is a 2/2.5 and the VRBO #923682. This unit is a 2/1 rental unit and is on the top floor of a 2 story Carriage/Guest House. The bottom unit is a 1/1, VRBO #895527. It has gorgeous views of the Gulf from several windows. The Master Bedroom has a king bed and the 2nd Bedroom has a queen bed. There is a full bathroom with a double sink, tub/shower combo, new cabinets, mirrors, lighting and tile. There is a fully stocked kitchen with NEW stainless steel appliances (dishwasher, fridge, microwave, stove, range), granite counter tops, cabinets and porcelain tile. The dining area has a table and 4 chairs and 2 folding chairs for more guests. The living area has a queen sleeper sofa. (sleeps 6)
There is a screened gulf front patio with spectacular, panoramic, unobstructed, pristine views of the Gulf of Mexico. The unit overlooks the gulf and offers a serene setting with waves crashing onto the rocks just steps from your door.
We also have a 1 bedroom/1 bath bottom apt. that is now available to rent. It is VRBO # 895527
Manasota Key is known for its lush vegetation and white sandy beaches just off the coast of Englewood. Kayaking, jet skiing, snorkeling, parasailing and various other activities are available on this quaint island. Its location is within comfortable driving distance to Sarasota, Tampa, and Fort Myers. Sarasota airport is closest (45 mins.) Fort Meyers airport is an hour and 20 mins. Tampa airport is an hour and 40 mins. Sarasota and Tampa have the best car rental rates.
NO NEED TO LUG MAJOR ITEMS TO THIS UNIT. Beach umbrellas and chairs are free to take to the public beaches. We have plenty of beach towels and coolers as well and pretty much anything you'll need to make a day at the beach comfortable. Just ASK before you come to see if we have it!
The left side of our property has been unofficially designated as our "renters area." We have provided a patio table, 6 chairs and a large umbrella for dining, 4 comfortable lounge chairs, additional umbrellas if needed and a fire-pit. There are also a couple of benches and a couch overlooking the water for sunset relaxation. The right side of our property is designated for owner activities please :)
We can also arrange travel to and from local restaurants for a minimal fee if you wish to drink and not drive.
