307 Plank Rd. Bluff City, TN This is a lovely, comfortably furnished, age 30 AND ABOVE, Max 2 DOG FRIENDLY ,(NO OTHER PETS!!) home, right in the middle of the Tri-State, area. Johnson City, Bristol and Elizabethton are just minutes away. About 7 miles to Bristol Motor Speedway. Not far to trout streams of Watteau and Holston Rivers. A very convenient location, with a brand new ,6 ft. privacy fence and 4 ft. chain linked fence,fenced in shady1/2 acre yard. Has 50 ft. covered front porch, fenced in with gate, as well. NO WIFI, but smart phones with T Mobile/Sprint work well there.Large, on property driveway, with motion detector lights. Lots of restaurants/ grocery stores, close at hand. We have a basket full of local attractions available in living room.
