Located on one of the higher elevations in the area, this home has amazing views! Beautiful hand scraped hardwood floors, exposed wood beams, all bedrooms have private full bath, large walk in pantry and several large outdoor living areas. The entire living area has floor to ceiling windows to enjoy the views and incredible sunsets! A reverse floor plan, the entire downstairs contains the huge master suite and sitting area with walk in master bath and closet. The house sleeps 6 in beds (2 to a bed). Maximum occupancy 6 per City of Lakeway. The home is 2750 sf with 1000 sf of decks.
The main floor is comprised of a large open living room with a fireplace complete with a 55 inch HD LED TV, the dining area, and gourmet kitchen all with hardwoods. There are 2 bedrooms each that were recently updated with new carpet and each have their own private bath recently updated. There is a lovely half bath for guests.
The large leather power reclining sectional in the living is new and very comfortable. The lovely dining room table seats 8. New A/C units 2018; new water heater 2017.
The master suite is located downstairs. There is a large sitting area and open area, master bath and walk-in closet. The downstairs carpet is new also.
The yard is large on a 1/3 acre lot and has been xeriscaped. There are beautiful trees for shade and two large decks for enjoying the outdoors with a bar area and Weber propane grill on the large deck. Deer frequently pass through the yards and have been known to take a nap in the back yard.
