The Space:
This duplex condo beach paradise was professionally decorated, making it stylish yet very cozy, offering perks you would only find in a high-end hotel. The first floor offers a well equipped kitchen with brand new full size appliances, dining table with seating for 5, spacious counter top with seating for 3, a beautiful living room, and a half bath. The second level of this rare ocean beauty features, two oversized en-suite rooms, with a split floor plan configuration, both of them offering a king size bed, and a daybed with a pull-out bed underneath, the king size beds fitted with Simmons/Serta hospitality mattresses, and premium all white linens. Full size new washer and dryer, a true rare finding in the area, as most condos only offer shared laundries. Both bedrooms and the living room are equipped with 70" Samsung smart tvs, we also bring the latest in gaming entertainment with a PlayStation 5 connected to the living room tv. The spacious wrap-around balcony, fully functional with a hightop table, comfortable outdoor bench, portable JBL Bluetooth boombox, and and electric Weber grill to make it the perfect package. We also make it available beach towels, beach chairs and umbrella for guests.
