The home features abundant natural light and plenty of space for relaxation. The screened-in porch is perfect for coffee and conversation, while the front porch rockers are ideal for hanging out. The home boasts beautiful parquet wood floors. Please note pets are not allowed.

Ample parking is available in the driveway for two cars on the south side (LEFT SIDE) of the house, with lighting along the fence for added security. Street parking is allowed but not recommended.

Please note, the original homeowner added a private suite in the back. We offer this as a smaller listing, called the Hoggtown Hideaway. One bed, one bath, full kitchen. It is private and separate in every way. You have separate parking and separate back yards. The only thing you share is the curb.
