Just a short drive from downtown Austin, the ABOVE Villa Bonita Estate offers your own private oasis with an elegant Spanish flair. The private backyard is like having your own slice of the Texas Hill Country. Enjoy the pool and hot tub in this private setting or play ping pong poolside. Grill on the patio and dine by the patio fireplace or lounge while watching the game. Inside, a walk-through bar is the perfect spot for a welcoming margarita bar. With an open floor plan and floor to ceiling windows in the spacious dining, kitchen and living areas, you can relax, visit, and enjoy those private views. Enjoy the media room upstairs as you watch a movie with your friends and family. There is exercise equipment you are welcome to use as well as a desk should you need to get a little work done during your visit.
This property is regularly set for 8 guests, but, with homeowner approval, can host as many as 12 guests with luxury Frontgate beds which would also be set with ABOVE standard luxury linens.
