It is Forever Summer at this cozy cottage only 1.5 blocks from the beach! Sit back and enjoy the ocean breeze and even catch a sunrise or two. Come relax and enjoy the cozy living room w/tv, extended cable and dining/kitchen area. The master bedroom has queen bed, cable tv, 2nd bedroom has a double and 3rd bedroom with twins. Maximum occupancy of 6 guests and 3 cars. There is also room to park your boat. NO PARKING IS ALLOWED ON ANY GRASS AREA, SAND OR THE SIDE OF THE ROAD. YOU WILL BE ASKED TO REMOVE THEM.

The Bedding and Bath Linen Package for advertised bedrooms and baths are provided with professionally, freshly laundered linens for your safety with beds made prior to arrival for your convenience. Linens provided include:
• Bed linen set for each advertised bedroom
• Bath towel and washcloth set for each individual in maximum occupancy
• Bathroom set including hand towel and bath mat for each bathroom

No smoking allowed in home or outside on premises at any time. Under no circumstances is smoking permitted inside. Smoking is only permitted outside on the premises if the home's policy allows. No Smoking Policies are strictly enforced. Violations will result in charges to guest for additional cleaning and could result in eviction of guests without refund and/or negation of rental in future.
Up to 2 dogs under 40 lbs each allowed with paid pet rent of $21.43 per dog per night reserved plus tax. Premises that allow pets only allow friendly, housebroken, flea free dogs over 12 months old that are on a veterinarian approved monthly flea/tick treatment and prevention program. Birds, cats, and all other pets are prohibited. Families that bring dogs are required to follow pet policies and pay non-refundable pet rent for each dog as applicable with their reservations. Unauthorized pets shall result in eviction and/or at Carolina Retreats' sole discretion double pet rent plus tax per reserved night payable on demand for each pet. Policies are strictly enforced
Partial Week Getaways:
• During mid-August through May partial week getaways with a 3-night minimum stay are permitted in advance with any arrival and departure day.
• During June to mid-August partial week getaways with a 3-night minimum stay are permitted within 10 days of arrival within the Saturday-Saturday weekly time frame.
