The space
The Studio has a pillow top King bed. The property has walking trails, pastures with our sweet pets and a gorgeous stable turned into boutique lounges. Guests will have full access of the farm land with the exception of the fenced in yard behind the main house. There are people living in the main house so please be respectful of their space. We ask that you do not feed the animals unless you arrange with us to meet you there (please reach out and we will send you a link to our farm experience listing). If it is pre-arranged, we would love to give you an up close experience with our animals to include feeding, petting, brushing and getting a great picture. However, you are always welcome to admire the animals from outside the pastures. For the safety of our animals, no pets are allowed. All smoking is strictly prohibited.

You are welcome to explore the farm, but please do not go into the pastures with the animals. We do offer farm tours with the ability to feed, pet and get pictures with the animals. If you are interested in meeting the Mini Highlanders
and the Kent sheep, please just reach out through the app and let us know you would like to do that during your stay and we can schedule an interactive experience for a minimal charge.
