Upstairs you’ll find three additional bedrooms. Two of the rooms feature queen beds and share a newly remodeled bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The expansive primary suite offers a king-size bed, TV, and a stunning spa-like bathroom complete with a slipper tub, large walk-in shower, and dual vanities. A conveniently located laundry room with a new state-of-the-art LG washer and dryer is also on this level.
The main level includes an open, light-filled living and dining area that seats six, flowing seamlessly into the kitchen and family room. The kitchen is equipped with striking blue granite countertops and new stainless-steel appliances, including a Sub-Zero refrigerator. Just outside, an enclosed patio offers an additional seating area perfect for enjoying Coronado’s gorgeous year-round weather.
A brand-new AC unit was added during the renovation—rarely needed, but wonderful to have! Weekly cleanings are included in the pricing.
