You have full and exclusive access to the entire property — all 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, the full kitchen and living area, second-story balcony, backyard fire pit patio, and the garage game room. Beach gear is stocked and ready for your use. Check-in is contactless via smart lock — your code will be sent before arrival.
Max occupancy is 9 guests at all times, including daytime visitors.
Parking: One space is available in the parking spot beside the home, and a second car can park perpendicular in front of the garage. Street parking is also available nearby. Message us in advance if you have specific parking needs.
Exterior security cameras are present on the outside of the property.
Guest that is booking must be at least 25 years old.
No EV Charging allowed. Guest will be asked to cover the extra charges if an EV vehicle is charged during their stay.
Additional cleaning that is above the normal wear and tear is a $150 fee.
