You are welcome to bring your 4 wheelers, ATVs or Golf carts. The roads are not public and not enforced by law enforcement. This is how many of our residence get around.
We do welcome small get togethers - no more 10 people during the day - and no more than 6 to stay in the house at night. You can bring an RV for additional space at additional charge. We do have hook ups, however there is no rv pad. You are just pulling into the back yard, and hooking up. No tents allowed unless it is for day usage for kids to play in or nap.
3bedroom 2 bath house.
Bedrooms- 2 bedrooms have 2 twin size beds - One bedroom has a king size bed. TV and Games in 1 bedroom has a tv toys, and games for kids entertainment.
Bathrooms- Both bathrooms have a bathtub with a shower spout. The front bathroom has a really deep bathtub for relaxing bubble baths. Shampoo conditioner and body wash supplied.
Kitchen- all u need to bring is your food. Kitchen is very well stocked with plenty of dishes. Dishwasher is brand new. There is also a cabinet for drink selections. Tea and Coffee Available.
Front yard has a fire pit, large smoker, and a tree house with a slide. Also a seating area with a small fire pit or grill so u can make s’mores, watch the stars and let the kids play.
Please do not use the smoker like u would use a charcoal grill. We do have a charcoal grill for you to use.
Please bring your own wood for the fire pit and smoker
House has WiFi, direct tv, and central heat and air. We do live in the county, so WiFi is not always fast enough to stream movies or play games. Some days it is great!
The huge shaded back yard has a tree swing and outdoor Bar. Outdoor bar features counter tops for serving food - Table and bar chairs - and a coca cola cooler for you to ice down your drinks. The windows and doors can be opened up for the breeze - or closed up to keep the weather out. Just ask us how - and we will show you. Great place to hang out any time of day! Great for BBQ's or small get togethers. Outdoor bar does not have electricity yet. That is something we are looking at adding in the near future. Please excuse the Spiders - they are a lot this year for some reason.
NEED EXTRA SPACE - You are welcome to bring an RV. We have RV hook ups at an additional charge of $30 extra per night. PLEASE LET US KNOW IF YOU WILL NEED THIS SERVICE. It includes 30 amp power hookup and water hose. We do have a place you can dump your septic, but please do not leave hoses hooked up. Only dump at the end of rental. And if possible please do not use RV or black tank chemicals - it messes with the septic system.
Lake house is near spider mountain bike park, the county boat launch, thunderbird bike park, canyon of the eagles, Colorado river waterfalls, Hill country winery, Inks Lake state park, Longhorn caverns, and lots more in the area
