Shorewood Sunset sits on the open water at Lake LBJ. Spectacular evening sunsets views not only from the boat dock but from the back patio and upper balcony. My home has 5 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms which is perfect for one or two families to enjoy a fun vacation. The home comfortably sleeps up to 12 people. Four bedrooms have a king size bed each featuring a smart flat screen TV and private bathroom. The fifth bedrooms is a bunk room that includes one full size bed and two twin beds. The kitchen is fully equipped will all the comforts of home. There is also a shared pantry with cooking spices and miscellaneous items. The house is baby proofed to include a baby gate leading upstairs, outlet covers and all cabinets locked up. The rental would include access to a high chair and pack n play if needed. Let us take the stress out of traveling with the littles!
Shorewood Sunset has a private Swim Area, Water Mat, Blow up Water slide, Kayak and Paddle Board for your family to enjoy. The covered entertainment boat dock with sunning area extends out over the lake. You can view the lake for miles and enjoy the spectacular evening sunset. The fishing is great off the boat dock. On the back patio there is a gas/propane barbecue grill, smoker and a 100 quart crawfish/shrimp broil cooker. Play a round of shuffle board or sit around the fire pit. A recreational park with play ground equipment is within walking distance from the house. For your convenience a boat launch is located at the park. The hammock is a great place to take a nap, read a book or just relax and enjoy the view.
Shorewood Sunset is centered between Horseshoe Bay and the Llano/Colorado Rivers. Fabulous water for skiing, sailing, tubing, wake boarding or just cruising. Close to the sunrise beach sand bar. Great place to spend quality time with family and friends.
The quaint city of Marble Falls is just ten minutes away with great restaurants, shopping, movie theaters, Wal-Mart, Walgreen, HEB grocery store and other amenities. Visit our local vineyard. There will never be a dull moment.
Location: Shorewood Sunset (306 S Shorewood) is centrally located between Marble Falls and Kingsland right off of 1431. It is only one hour from Austin, 90 minutes from San Antonio, 4 hours from Dallas and 3 hours from Houston. Turn on Phillips Ranch road from 1431. Take a right then immediate left. Turn Right on Driftwood which will dead end onto Shorewood. Very easy to locate.
