Summary: Arrived right around 10:30pm to find front desk “closed.” The desk agent heard me and rolled up the wooden divider. She was pleasant, checked me in then informed me how to get in touch with her after hours, (what?!!!) and to “slide the key” under the wood partition if I wanted to check out before they opened. The front desk was closed until 10am on Sunday. The room had a phone, but was not attached to the wall (I would have had to use the lobby phone to contact the desk agent); the room smelled of mildew and the refrigerator was visibly rusty. The entire room hadn’t been cleaned in a very long time and there was a dead bug under the bed. There was little to absorbs the noise from the room upstairs or even lessen the nose from the cars right outside the window. There was no WiFi, no breakfast or food options to purchase. Bed was barely comfortable, the sheets showed signs of wear. The pillows were not comfortable. Stay somewhere else!

Summary: Staff is always nice and when you need something they are always there to help. I have had a couple of days that I have been sick they have made sure I have what I need!

Summary: They are okay but they don’t give you clean towels unless you pay for them and the housekeepers only come once every two weeks. It’s not for people who are only staying the weekend.
