Summary: I recently stayed at Extended Stay America and had a great experience from beginning to end. The property was clean, organized, and easy to get around. My room was spacious, well-maintained, and perfect for a longer stay — the kitchenette was a huge plus, everything worked properly, and the bed was very comfortable.
The staff was outstanding. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, helpful, and professional. Check-in and check-out were smooth and quick, and I felt welcomed the entire time.
The location was convenient, with plenty of restaurants and stores nearby, and parking was easy and felt safe.
Overall, Extended Stay America exceeded my expectations. Clean rooms, great amenities, excellent staff, and a comfortable stay — I would definitely stay again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for an affordable and reliable extended-stay hotel.

Summary: The person who checked me in was great. The room was clean and tidy. The bed was fine, the sheets & towels were clean. The room was WAY too hot. But there wasn’t a single amenity: no coffee, no soap. Not even a teaspoon. Don’t think it would be great for someone looking for an extended stay.

Summary: The staff was very friendly. The property was near a ton of food places, including a Publix, nail salons and etc. Awesome view of the King and Queen building. I wish it felt a bit cleaner, the air was a bit stale, but i had great nights! Will be back!

Summary: The young lady who checked us in the night we arrived was terrific. Very friendly and hopeful, The room could definitely use some cleaning and updating.
Overall, it’s what I would expect for a lower price hotel in Atlanta but basic cleanliness does need to be worked on
