This beautiful gated community of Burnt Store Marina is on Charlotte Harbor, named one of the top ten sailing destinations in the US and the King Tarpon fishing Capitol of the world! Bring your boat, rent one here, or book a cruise to enjoy Charlotte Harbor and awesome barrier islands. Or, take a short drive to popular Ft. Myers Beach and Sanibel Island where the shelling is amazing. Be sure to visit The Ding Darling Preserve to view many tropical bird species in a spectacular setting. The charming town of Punta Gorda offers great shops and restaurants, cultural activities, farmers markets, art fairs, music festivals and more. Golfers will enjoy The Links 27 hole executive golf course only five minutes from our condo. You will love the many walking and biking paths along the water and in our neighborhoods. And they are right next store to our condo!

Our end unit is on the third floor and can be accessed by elevator or stairs.
