Summary: This property was in a convenient location and the neighbors were very pleasant. The park across the street was great! At surface level everything appeared clean but it really wasn’t acceptable. There was trash under the furniture, behind the TVs, under the couch, inside of the couch etc. The baseboards, door frames and baseboard heaters were all dirty. The twin size mattress is filthy- blood stains etc definitely needs a cover or replaced. There are not mattress covers at all. We washed the sheets ahead of sleeping on them but the comforters could not fit in the washer- and they had crusty white spots on the one placed on the bottom bunk bed. I’m not sure that they have been washed anytime recently. The couch is also broken and some planks of wood are being used as support to a section of it, one leg is snapped off and just wedged up underneath to keep it level. There was expired food left in the fridge with a sign welcoming us to eat it. Not all of the tv channels work (no Disney as indicated). There were some empty cardboard boxes, and trash on the balcony that my husband cleaned up along with pulling some of the weeds. We drove up all the way from Florida and found that there weren’t many other options for places to stay in the area, so we made it work. Overall- this place just needs a good deep clean and some attention to detail.
