There are also brand new pickleball courts in the Pier Village area! First floor has open floor plan with kitchen, living room with a smart TV, dining area, and half bathroom. Off the living room is a deck that walks you down to the pool (open April 01 - October 31) and across the street to the beach access. Second floor has two full bedrooms with private use bathrooms and the laundry room with a washer, dryer, iron, and board. Third floor is a kids' oasis! Bunk bed with a twin on top and double on bottom. Full private use bathroom also. The nearest beach access is only about 0.3 miles away. The only TV is located in the living room. 7 night minimum rental year round.
