Spanning over 1,700 sq. ft the home features a reverse floor plan designed to maximize the views. Enjoy front and back decks on every level and an elevator that provides easy access to all floors. The upper level showcases an open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area bathed in natural light through vaulted ceilings and transom windows.
Living Room: Three comfortable loveseats, large-screen TV, and direct deck access for ocean views and salty breezes.
Dining Room: Seats 6 at the main table plus 3 at the breakfast bar — perfect for shared meals and game nights.
