-Busy and destructive pets must be crated when left unattended (damages will be charged back to the owner)
-Pets must be on flea treatment, and up to date on shots
-Pets must not be barkers when left alone
-Pets must be leashed when in the presence of other guests
-Pets must be under 50 lbs. (Please gain permission for pets outside this rule)
-No aggressive pets
-Pets are not allowed on the furniture at your home

A Driver's License will be required and requested for all bookings. Failure to meet minimum age requirement upon check-in guest will be evicted and will NOT be refunded for the entire stay.
Pet Policy: **Dogs Welcome! All dogs need to be approved by the homeowner - some restrictions apply. Non-Refundable dog fee applies $50.00 / per dog - maximum 2. Please note without prior knowledge to Love rentals there will be a minimum of $500.00 and in some cases can be up to $1,000.00 so please ensure you advise us BEFORE you travel. Dog owners accept full responsibility for the dog.
No Smoking of any kind is permitted in the property: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $500.00 penalty fee.
Supplies: An initial supply of the following of basic items are provided: paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dish soap, and hand soap. Please replenish any items which are completely gone.
