The Space:
Eclectic House is a cozy 1,276 square feet detached single-family home with 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and 2 separate living room areas. The second living room has a ping pong table, arcade and more! This cottage has beautiful decor throughout. Centrally located to everything you need!
Guest Access:
Guests will receive a 4-digit code on the day of check-in at noon. The STR uses a Yale / August smart lock paired with Guesty Locks that gives you a unique code for the duration of your stay. Normal check-in is at 4pm. Early check-in is from 12-1pm and available for $50, but subject to the cleaner's schedule. Reach out for more information :)

Location, location, location. Santa Markella s is a very safe, family-friendly neighborhood with 15 public schools in the city. The city of Fort Walton Beach has a strong military community with more than 6 military bases, camps and airfields in the immediate area. Six plus beaches. All of your favorite restaurants, is right down the street. Jet Drive Park is 100 meters away from the front door and includes a playground, open field, pickle ball and basketball courts.
Getting Around:
Need wheels and want to live the Florida life-style? I have a small fleet of Jeeps available for your to rent. More information will be sent once you've booked. There isn't any public transportation. Ubers and Lyfts are plentiful, but can be limited during high season.
Other Things to Note:
Ocean House has 1 double-lane driveway for 2 vehicles. Additional parking is available on the road in front of the Short-Term Rental.
Interaction with Guests:
The Ronin Stays Team provides 24 hour coverage in the event of an emergency. I respect my guests privacy and limit my interaction with guests, however, my team and I live in the immediate area should any issues arise.
