Designed with warmth and comfort in mind, this newly built home features soothing sage greens, soft blues, and curated artwork that creates a calm, homely atmosphere from the moment you step through the vaulted entryway.
A Spacious & Comfortable Layout
The home offers 3 generous bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms for guest use (one additional bedroom and the garage remain locked off). Each space has been designed to balance comfort, practicality, and style:
Master Suite – A peaceful retreat featuring a queen bed, a spacious ensuite bathroom, and an impressive walk-in closet.
Bedroom 2 – Also equipped with a queen bed, ideal for couples or adult guests.
Bedroom 3 – A cozy room with a full bed, perfect for children, teens, or solo travelers.
The heart of the home is the large open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area, arranged in an L-shaped design that provides a natural sense of separation while still keeping everyone connected. Whether preparing dinner, sharing family meals, or unwinding in front of the TV, the space feels open yet inviting.
A generous laundry room adds convenience for longer stays or guests travelling with families.
