Vehicles must be moved during the posted cleaning days and hours to avoid parking tickets. Please also avoid parking in restricted zones, in front of driveways, or along yellow curbs, as these areas are subject to towing.
9. Trash & Recycling
Please dispose of trash in designated bins only. There are garbage cans located on the right side of the building where all trash bags should be placed. All trash must be properly sealed inside white trash bags before being disposed of in the containers. If any trash is found outside the designated area or not properly bagged, and this is evidenced by our exterior security cameras, a $650 USD fine will apply.
10. Package Deliveries
Package deliveries are permitted; however, the Host is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages.
