Inside, this open and airy four-bedroom home features soaring ceilings, terra cotta and hardwood flooring, and comfortable furnishings throughout. Prepare everyone's favorite recipes in the sleek, updated kitchen with high-end appliances, Fiesta ware dishes, and Henckels cutlery and flatware. Dine together in the adjacent glass-enclosed breakfast nook with a view of the pool or indulge in more formal meals in the magnificent main dining area around the antique dining table built by famed Hong Kong furniture-maker George Zee that’s the perfect size for sit-down family dinners. The main living area is a great place to socialize, while two separate living spaces offer additional seating and TVs for streaming your favorite channels. Play chess in the glass nook surrounded by the courtyard or simply sink into the leather sofa with a good book. The library boasts an extensive collection of beach books, literary and contemporary classics, children’s books, and young adult fiction as well as a smart TV and a loft with a futon that folds out to a twin bed.

2 days notification is required in order to heat the pool spa. A fee of USD20 per day must be paid prior to check-in. Guests can contact Vacasa after booking to purchase pool spa heat for your stay.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
