Recently remodeled cottage with the second floor added just a few years ago. Private sandy beach with a dock on Crystal Lake's south shore right in front of a very long sandbar. The beach has a firepit and is right on the Betsie Valley Trail. Bike to Frankfort, walk into Beulah's downtown, or just relax on the hammocks...
Rental includes use of several bikes, a small hoist, a buoy, and 1 kid-sized & 2 adult kayaks!
The beach is across a small road - It is a slow public street, used primarily by the owners and renters on the south side of Crystal Lake. Most of the traffic you will experience will be bikers & joggers using the Betsie Valley Trail.
Lower level has a spacious living room, kitchen with gas stove and mud room to clean up from the outdoors.
Bedrooms:
Master bedroom has a Queen bed and overlooks the lake.
