There are three small spring fed creeks that you must drive through to get to the home. Sedans can go through them with ease.
Dogs are allowed with a limit of two dogs. There is a non refundable pet fee of $125 per dog. Please contact the owner directly for payment instructions for the separate fee. Payment may be made VRBO, PayPal, Venmo. Failure to notify owner of a pet may result in forfeit of deposit or cancellation of reservation.
The downstairs has a separate apartment for the property manager or owner to reside when on premises and as needs arise.
