Welcome to our newly remodeled Guest House. It's our Tiny House and more. Great couples getaway with all the amenities of a home. Retro style kitchen scaled down in size but has all the amenities including a dishwasher. Living room / dining area with Smart TV and High Speed Fiber WIFI, fastest in the area. Creek is just steps off the front porch with private back yard area complete with fire-pit / camp style grilling. Must be able to climb ladder / stairs to upstairs bedroom area. Just 5 minutes from Lake Chatuage and Jack Rabbit Trails. Fish, swim, bike / hike, or boating. We do not provide kayaks but they are available through link below. Enjoy all our area has to offer breweries, wineries, and great restaurants. Close to the Appalachian Trail there's lots of outdoor fun including white water rafting and zip-lining in the Nantahala Gorge !

We have always had High Standards for cleaning and have further enhanced them in conjunction with the CDC’s Recommended Protocols. All of the cleaning fee is paid to our excellent cleaning and maintenance staff.
Need more room for guests, there is a second vacation rental on this property. Shooting Creek Cottage is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, sleeps up to 6 guests. It's a shared driveway to come and go. We do ask that during your stay that you use only the property that you have rented.
House Rules:
NO Smoking in the house.
Smoking is permitted on porch, please use butt can with sand in it.
No burning candles, firearms or fireworks to be fired at property.
We don not provide fishing pole or gear.
Quiet hours are from 10:00PM to 7:00AM
The Number of guests must match reservation.
We do provide firewood, not Firestarter. We ask that you ONLY use your fair share of wood (3 to 4 logs per night).
No large parties or events. You will be asked to leave without refund if violated.
Parking: In front of Cottage: There is 1 designated parking spaces for Creek -Side Creek Cottage. Do not park in spaces designated for Shooting Creek Cottage or block turn around area.
The driveway is a shared arriving and leaving property.
