We have a two-unit house (each are 2 bedrooms) available for weekly rent in a quiet, family-friendly area of Hampton Beach. The house is across from the beach, walking distance to all Hampton activities. The two units are typically rented separately but can also be booked together for larger parties.
This property is two separate units and the minimum stay is 1 week, Saturday to Saturday. Check-in time is 3 pm and check-out time is 10 am. Amenities include: Flatscreen TV with DVD player, cable, Wi-Fi Internet, and appliances such as blenders, toasters, coffee makers, pots and pans, and kitchen essentials in each unit. Pillows and bed spreads are provided, but please bring your own sheets and towels. Please note occupancy is limited to 4 people.
Each unit is thoroughly cleaned before every renter including new bed spreads, mattress and pillow protectors. These homes are perfect for renting separately or all together for large family gatherings. And there is plenty of on-site parking.
