Bright, spacious, modern, fully equipped two-bedroom condo across the street from the beach! You will find a clean and tastefully decorated dwelling. Secured gate access ensures your safety and privacy. Well-manicured grounds greet you throughout the complex where you can enjoy the beautiful gardens, the pool, and the clubhouse. Ideal location in a nice, quiet neighborhood where you will find yourself within walking distance of restaurants, cafes, shops, piers, markets and pharmacies along fabulous South Ocean Boulevard (A1A). Downtown Fort Lauderdale and the Fort Lauderdale airport are just a short drive away.
The ground floor condo gives you a tranquil view of the pleasant gardens from the lanai. The open floor plan includes a full kitchen with modern appliances and everything you need when making your favorite meals. A large dining table lies between the living room and the kitchen. You will find the furnished living room to be cozy and comfortable, including a flat screen smart television with streaming apps utilizing the wireless internet provided.
The master bedroom features a comfortable king sized bed, two dressers,flatscreen tv with a roku attached for streaming, mirrors, ceiling fan, and a large walk in closet.
