This beautiful private basement suite will accommodate 7-8 guests with private entrance and a spacious patio with propane grill, picnic table, and patio furniture. This property is secluded on 5 acres yet conveniently located to both I-40 and I-81. Guests will enjoy cable TV, fast WiFi, movie selection and games to enjoy, and light snacks. The accommodation is a large studio room with private bath totaling approximately 700 sq ft. Parking is available by your private entrance with no steps to climb. There are a total of 5 beds...king bed, bunk (with queen bed, twin on top, and pull out twin trundle) as well as a full size sofa bed.
An in-room kitchenette is available with refrigerator, microwave, Keurig, traditional coffee maker, air fryer/toaster oven, disposable utensils/plates/bowls. No stove is in the unit.
This property is great for couples, families, small groups, and fishermen as well with plenty of boat parking and power source available for charging batteries.

This accommodation is pet friendly to responsible pet owners with house trained pets that are using a flea control program. I do require that you take pets with you when you are away from the accommodation and ensure they are not permitted on the furniture or bedding. Pet fee is typically $15 fee per pet per day payable on arrival. This anount may be higher fir larger dogs and is negotiable for longer stays.
