The space
Nestled between Indian Hills Country Club and the Black Warrior River, the Condo at Riverbend Commons offers a quiet place to rest after day full of enjoying everything Tuscaloosa and the University of Alabama has to offer. The gated condo complex is located only a short 5 minute drive from UA's campus and a 8 minute drive to downtown Tuscaloosa. The Randall Family Park and Trail head aka the North Riverwalk is only half a mile from the condo.
The Condo at Riverbend Commons is located in a gated complex. On the day of arrival, you will receive a gate access code along with an access code for the condo's front door. The condo is on the 𝐬𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐝 𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐲 with 𝐧𝐨 elevator access. 𝐁𝐨𝐭𝐡 of the bedrooms are 𝐥𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐮𝐩𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐢𝐫𝐬 and each bedroom has a private attached full bathroom. The Blue room has a queen bed while the bedroom with attached balcony has a full bed and a twin trundle underneath. Downstairs there is a large kitchen, laundry room, powder room, and living room. The living room couch folds into a futon sleeping space, if you need extra room.
