Surrounded by nature, prepare to swim, float, or just kick back in our quiet cove. Enjoy spectacular views, climb cool waterfalls or catch bass --- all within close walking distance. Or, take a short drive to fly through the forest on a zip line, tour wineries, ride horseback, shop for antiques or hike one of Rabun County's many trails. Local rentals of ski boats, pontoons and wave runners can be arranged, or you can bring your boat and moor it at the dock. A launching ramp is one mile away, and there is room to park your boat trailer at the house. Easily accessible on Lake Rabun Road, the home is less than two hours from Atlanta.
After a day of lake and mountain experiences, you'll love our open floor plan, through which the kitchen, great room, dining room and TV room flow seamlessly. The two-story soaring great room with numerous windows and French doors allows sunlight and mountain vistas to grace the home.
