There are 4 remaining bedrooms; one with a king bed (master), two with a queen bed in each and one with queen over queen bunk bed. All bedrooms have their own smart TV, closet and mirrors.

There are 3 full bathrooms throughout this home. The first bathroom (on the first floor) has a toilet, 2 sinks, & a shower/tub combo. The private ensuite master bathroom has a sink, toilet, walk-in shower, and standalone tub. The third bathroom is located upstairs and it has one sink, a toilet, & a shower/tub combo.

The kitchen is bright & open, with brand new stainless steel appliances. With lots of counter space and bar top seating (6 stools), it's a great kitchen for entertaining!
Just one room over is the dining room, which is bright and welcoming. The formal dining room seats 12 (plus 6 bar top seats in the kitchen, for a total of 18 indoor), and there is also a second dining table in the backyard (seats 10).

This property includes security features, such as Schlage smart locks and Ring floodlight cameras (only one on the front door), for your safety and peace of mind.
Pool heating: is free from December through February. Pool heating is not necessary in the summer. In the fall (September, October, November) and spring (March, April, May), we charge $100 for pool heating and will pre-heat the pool to 85 degrees. However, outdoor weather can affect the pool temperature, and in colder conditions, the heaters may not raise the water significantly above the ambient air temperature.
Pet Fee is $50 fee per pet, per night, max of 4 pets.
Smoking: Smoking or vaping of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the home or on the property. A violation of this policy will result in a minimum $250 fine to cover deep cleaning and odor removal.
