Dining table that seats 4 (plus 2 Highchairs for additional kid’s seating)
Full bathroom with clawfoot tub.
Full kitchen with most everything you’d need to cook a family meal.
Washer/Dryer and laundry soap.
Fenced backyard with 4 person table, DIY fire pit, and plenty of space. We have not started landscaping the outdoors so it is bare but clean and private.
Free private parking in driveway for up to 2 cars.
Stroller available for use.
There is a studio next door on the same property (with its own fenced yard). You may share the driveway with that guest, if booked.

We live here 300 days out of the year. We close off the hallway closet to guests, as that is where we put our personal items.
Guests have free range of the rest of the house and are welcome to make themselves at home. :)
