Boat lift, jet ski lifts and a private swim area are all there for your ultimate lake enjoyment. You may also fish from the dock or watch the boats go by. The home is 1,400 square feet of interior living space, plus the large covered patio overlooking the waterfront dock. This Lake LBJ location home enjoys morning sunrise views of Lookout Mountain and an Eastern facing tree covered lot to keep you cool in the summer, an outdoor fireplace for cool nights on the patio.
Top of the line amenities throughout this three bedroom three bath home. Huge sectional sofa in the living room with large glass wall for viewing beautiful Lake LBJ. Master sports a King bed with a large sliding glass wall looking out to the Lake and a private bath. Number two bedroom has private bath and a queen bed. Bunk room has two twins and a full size mattress. Living area has a very comfortable futon in addition to the large sectional. This home will sleep 10 comfortably. Very beautiful gradual sloping backyard leads you to over-sized sun deck and dock (covered and non-covered) next to lifted boat hoist that will accommodate most pontoon and V hull boats. Other boats such as Tritoons or larger size boats maybe moored in the swimming area.
