The main entrance of the home is accessible by 4 steps, which lead to a big covered front porch. The entryway opens into the great room with vaulted tongue-and-groove ceilings, big front windows for natural light and mountain views, a wood-burning fireplace, plenty of comfortable seating, a TV, and unique rustic touches. A half bath is located just off the entryway. The dining area is off the living room and has a table with spaces for 8. The thoughtfully equipped kitchen is complete with stainless steel appliances, a standard coffee pot, a Keurig, and all the dishes, pots, and pans guests will need to create meals for their group.
The primary bedroom in Chinquapin Cottage is located on the main level of the home, just off the great room. The room is complete with a King-sized bed, a second TV, and an ensuite primary bathroom with dual sinks, a luxurious soaking tub, and a custom-tiled shower.
