Keyless entry to the home is provided via a digital kay pad. A unique code is provided for each stay, and all previously used codes are deactivated to ensure safety and security.
Our home has camera at front of the house ONLY by the main door, its for yours and our safety. No camera IN the house our around the pool.
**Pool.** The use of pool is at your own risk owner and co-host not responsible for injuries or death that may result of use.. Pool capacity is10 people. Children under 12 must be supervised. No glass allowed anywhere in, near or around pool. No diving.
STORM POLICY/ROAD CONDITIONS: No refunds will be given for storms. Beach weather can be unpredictable, if there is no sun you are not entitled to a refund. If there is a government/state issued emergency for a Hurricane a full refund is available.
Cleanliness is our top priority – Please treat the home respectfully and clean up after yourself
Trash pickup: Tuesday- Friday Please place bins at the curb the night before if your stay includes these days
Yard & pool maintenance happens weekly – Pool technician will access via side gate and complete cleaning in ~20 minutes. Pool may be unavailable for about 30 minutes afterward
Bug treatment is done regularly, but Florida is a sub-tropical climate. Keep doors closed to avoid issues
Checkout is at 10:00 AM – Let us know if you’re leaving earlier so we can notify housekeeping
-Pool heating is available November through April and is set to 85°F.
Heater turns on automatically in the early morning and off in the evening to conserve energy.
Mornings may feel cooler due to overnight temperatures it takes time to warm back up during the day.
Pool heating is OFF from May through October due to high outdoor temps (often 95°F+), for guest safety and chemical balance.
