It is located .3 miles from Payne Park, 500 ft from the Legacy Trail, 10 minute drive to Lido Beach, and 15 minute drive to Sarasota/Bradenton International Airport. Being so near all the best restaurants, outdoor activities, and cultural experiences, you might not need to rent a car!
This updated space offers a comfortable living room with a tv, a family friendly kitchen (with standard dishes and cookware), a full laundry room, 2 large bathrooms, and 3 bedrooms. The third bedroom is furnished with a king Murphy bed which allows for additional floor space if needed. The backyard is very private and has a propane grill available for guest use. The driveway offers plenty of off street parking.

Summary: Disappointing, even though the outdoor photos were showing some outdoor need of TLC we gave the property a chance and rented it but when we arrived it was terrible. The driveway, carport and outdoor furniture are dirty (pressure washing will help) garbage was piled up, flies were all around and the smell was awful. Yard wasn't mowed and is in urgent need of care. Inside the rotten smell was very bad which we tried to figure out from where it came; if it was from the garbage or something else. We contacted Heidi and she apologized for the trash situation and even gave a refund that is appreciated but it didn't solve the situation of sleeping in a place with bad odors. Decoration with some taste will help too. So sorry, but even though is located in a very nice and quiet neighborhood this house needs a lot to make it a home away from home.
